Early free blown clear glass cruet with applied large hollow handle and blown hollow stopper. Nice rough pontil and base wear. We belive the stopper to be original. The very tail of the lower handle attachment was ground and polished at one time, perhaps at the time of making since the stopper base is also ground and polished. It is hard to see how a curl would have chipped off and left such a large tail piece to grind. 8 1/2″ tall.

Nice example of a 1/2 pint scroll flask in the McKearnin Pattern GIX-32 pattern. Nice light blue/green color. Excellent condition, no damage. Glass is clean and brilliant with very nice original surface luster. Virtually no surface wear. Good base wear and large disk iron pontil. One minor light haze spot, only mentioned for completeness. A very nice example of a scarce flask. Probably Pittsburgh area.
