Very early Northwest Native American Indian/Eskimo hide Child’s doll, 19th C. Made for a family child for personal use, not a tourist trade item. Shows years of loving care. Larger size – 9 1/2″ tall, 8 ” across. Created from several animal hides and all hand sewn – the face is special. Created with sewn on trade beads. A rare survivor. Overall condition, loved but very good. From a Colorado collection.
