Early 20th C. cast iron child’s Penny Bank, 5 3/4″ tall. These banks were made to help children learn thrift and savings. Sailor form with its original worn silver and flesh colored paints. Well worn from use. Casting is crisp and nicely detailed. No damage. The sailor bank was made by the Hubley Co.
