19th. C. Pharmacy Druggist’s Tool Used to Form Medicine “Tablets” from Compounded Powders. Constructed from Brass and Mahogany in 2 Parts 1) Base Mold Board and 2) Tablet Forming Roller. The Unit is Complete and Original and in Working Condition. It is Hard to Find These Molding Tools in Their Original Pairs. Size = Base 11 3/4” Long X 6 1/4” Wide, Roller 14” Long X 2 1/2” Wide. From the Stamping on the Wood Base Mold this Appears to be a Model 3 Defining the Tablet Size Created in the Making Process.
