A very nice Early to Mid-20th.C. Lumberjack Whirligig found in Merrifield, Minn. He has great form and Original Patriotic Decorated Paddles, Arms and Body. Unfortunately somewhere along the way he lost his head. A friend and award winning Decoy Carver Kirk Schnitker found him and gave him a new one. Wonderfully done and totally in character and proportion with the poor lumberjack. Kirk’s story is recorded by him on the bottom of the Stand.  A survivor well worth saving. The Lumberjack alone is 11” Tall. Top of one Paddle to bottom of the other is 21”. Overall height to top of his head is 16 1/2”.
