Large Early American Blown and Tool Worked Pitcher - 8 7/8” Tall
A Large Early American Blown Glass Pitcher in Clear Glass, 8 7/8” Tall. Nicely done Tooling and Hand Work in the Neck Area to Simulate Threading and a Refined Lip Edge. Large Blown Hollow Handle with a Nice Upturned Curl in Perfect Condition. The Handle Attachment Points are well done with no issues. Overall in fine original condition. A excellent large American Pitcher. Probably from the Pittsburgh Area or New England. C. 1840.
