A very nice pair of silhouettes by Frith (no initial), cut and paste with detailed gold embellishments. The sitters are unknown. Both are signed “Frith” and dated “1844”. Overall framed size is 14″ x 11.25″. Sight size is 10″ x 7.5″. Presented in period bird’s eye maple frames.
